All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance, up to two times, using the link in your confirmation email. Your reading must take place within 60 days of your original booking.

Changes requested within 24 hours, or missed appointments, forfeit the session. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your session will still end at its scheduled time.

In the rare event that I need to cancel, you’ll be offered a new time or a full refund.
